Lead and develop a high-performing claims services team supporting Stop Loss & Health Claims. Monitor metrics, manage data intake and claims processing, maintain reporting tools, identify training and process improvements, document procedures, and partner across the organization to ensure accurate, efficient service delivery.

Manage end-to-end fund due diligence for Brookfield's core infrastructure fund, producing DDQs/RFPs/RFIs, coordinating investor interactions, maintaining diligence materials and consultant databases, and partnering with CRMs, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and investment teams to advance fundraising and client conversions.
