Provide setup, troubleshooting, repair for cameras, editing suites, servers, and networked broadcast systems; maintain logs and service standards; collaborate with faculty and IT. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot and repair computers and peripherals, assist with OS/network rollouts, manage spares and maintenance data, and supervise the Systems Administration team while coordinating vendors and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Provide onsite Windows systems administration for a classified DoD environment: install, configure, patch, monitor, and secure Windows servers/workstations; manage accounts and access; perform backups, disaster recovery testing, vulnerability assessments (IAW NIST 800-53/DoD STIGs); troubleshoot incidents; collaborate with IT teams and produce compliance/performance reports.

Provide expert-level desktop and endpoint support, manage and triage service desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, administer Active Directory, mentor junior staff, create knowledge articles, assist with AV and conference room setups, and support change and incident management to meet SLAs.

Lead and maintain Windows and VMware datacenter infrastructures, drive upgrades and migrations, implement automation and monitoring, manage projects and cross-functional teams, mentor staff, ensure 24/7 availability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Manage and lead a systems support/helpdesk team for DASI's IT systems and networks. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, SLAs, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance metrics, budgets, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely, effective technical support and system uptime.

Serve as global technical SME and primary support contact for Concur (Expense, Travel, P-Card). Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, manage incidents via ServiceNow, support upgrades and UAT/QA, document SOPs, perform user access reviews, work with Concur Support and Okta SSO, and act as backup functional analyst for PeopleSoft Financials.
