Manage special-handling past-due commercial accounts including disputes, fraud, and bankruptcy. Provide in-house legal support for commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor, reseller), DPAs/NDAs/BAAs, and info-security terms; advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support corporate governance, employment, and vendor matters while partnering with business stakeholders.

Coordinate employee leave of absence and workers' compensation cases, ensure compliance with FMLA and related laws, administer benefits enrollment (health, FSA/HSA, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), COBRA), liaise with carriers, reconcile invoices, conduct benefits orientation and open enrollment communications, and support return-to-work coordination and related HR projects.

Lead and deliver large-scale commercial lending projects end-to-end: define scope, plan, execute, monitor schedules/budgets, escalate to executives, mentor junior PMs, improve PMO processes, and use project management tools to ensure timely, high-quality implementations across the bank.
