Serve as the technical and domain lead for enterprise pre-sales: run discovery, build tailored demos, support evaluations, respond to RFPs/security questionnaires, create reusable sales assets, and feed customer insights to Product and Marketing. Own and scale Curvion's partnership ecosystem: identify, recruit, onboard, and activate referral and channel partners; design and run partnership programs and outreach motions; negotiate agreements; secure podcast and speaking placements; build reporting and processes to measure ROI; manage pipeline and collaborate with leadership to drive repeatable, revenue-generating distribution channels.

Provide on-site office administrative support for a manufacturing site: manage filing, phone screening, invoices, billing, payroll support, inventory, KPI and safety reporting, coordinate employee activities, and support management projects using Microsoft Office.

Provide high-quality administrative, logistical, and operational support to senior executives: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, CRM and NetSuite records, coordinate projects and events, and maintain stakeholder communications with discretion and strong prioritization.

Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations of RapidSOS platform at emergency communications centers. Manage VoIP integrations, on-site hardware/software setup, testing, and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT, telephony providers, and internal teams, travel frequently to customer sites, assess risks, and improve implementation playbooks.

Lead and hands-on manage the Catalog engineering team, own sprint delivery and architecture, write and ship full‑stack production code using AI-assisted tooling, hire and grow engineers, and drive collaboration with product and design while shaping an AI-driven SDLC.
