Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be part of Carlisle Weatherproofing Technology’s (CWT) Financial Planning and Analysis Team, a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. The FP&A team has a high level of exposure to both division and corporate executive leadership and to all functional groups within CWT. Primary responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of management reporting data and systems, supporting the budgeting/forecasting processes and being a financial liaison to the business segment finance teams. The Financial Analyst will report to the Manager, Segment Finance and will support the commercial organization within CWT providing data and analytic support to the segment commercial leaders as well as the supply chain and operations teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management Report & Business Intelligence
- Develop and maintain consolidated CWT management reporting systems.
- Partner with finance and cost accounting to establish operations and supply chain reporting framework.
- Drive continuous improvement by working cross-functionally with IT assets to ensure outstanding business intelligence is delivered on time and accurately.
Financial Analysis, Pricing & Performance
- Proactively monitor sales and gross margins by market, product segment and customer to identify risks & opportunities versus plan and forecast through internal analysis as well as active business partner engagement.
- Deliver financial analysis to drive pricing strategy, improve price realization, and support new product development (NPD).
Budgeting, Forecasting & Special Projects
- Participate in both the creation and monitoring of the Operational Expense (OpEx) budgets. Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
- Complete ad hoc projects as requested.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong technical skills - proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems. Demonstrated experience using Excel to build and maintain complex financial models and data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a plus.
- Highly analytical with the ability to work independently & manage simultaneous projects while delivering high quality work.
- Willingness to invest time and effort to understand business, customers and competitive dynamics to influence strategic business decisions.
- Insightful, consistent and considerate communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Education and Experience:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
- Two (+) years of progressive FP&A experience in a corporate or business unit setting
- Preferred:
- Experience in high-growth, multi-channel or building material industry
Working Conditions:
- The incumbent is expected to maintain a dedicated, secure, and ergonomically appropriate home office environment with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining regular communication with colleagues and stakeholders via virtual collaboration tools.
- The position typically operates during standard business hours of Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), with occasional flexibility required to accommodate meetings across time zones or critical business needs. The employee is expected to comply with all company policies related to data security, confidentiality, and remote work standards.
- Expected travel should not exceed 20% for team events, conferences, and other in-person meetings or trainings as required.
