The role governs a €200M–€400M annual capital portfolio, develops engineering and CapEx strategies, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, drives automation and continuous improvement, manages budgets and external partners, and builds engineering capability across multiple countries and sites.

Lead McCain’s global treasury transformation, including end-to-end implementation of a Treasury Management System, treasury operating-model redesign, automation, AI adoption, and internal capability building. The role partners with finance, technology, banks, consultants, and system providers; trains treasury teams; supports operational continuity; and leads initiatives involving cash forecasting, banking optimization, in-house banking, and payment factories.

Leads food technology development from concept through commercialization, including experimentation, pilot-scale validation, process scale-up, and technical risk reduction.
