Coordinates daily scheduling, production paperwork, order updates, delivery preparation, shipping documentation, returns, invoicing paperwork, and communications with customers, drivers, warehouse, production, and shipping teams. Partner with product teams, participate in incident response and postmortems, maintain Terraform infrastructure as code, support security and compliance controls, and establish scalable operational standards.

Build and lead MyTime’s enterprise sales function from the ground up. The VP will personally close anchor enterprise SaaS accounts, develop the sales playbook and pipeline engine, establish forecasting and sales operations, design quotas and compensation, and hire, ramp, and coach account executives. The role requires selling complex, six-figure deals to multi-location or franchise businesses, creating repeatable sales processes, and scaling the organization into a predictable enterprise revenue engine.
