The Director of Sales will build a dealer network for X-LAB in North America, managing a sales team, establishing relationships with bike shops, and achieving sales targets.

Remote SDR responsible for top-of-funnel pipeline generation, outbound and inbound prospecting, qualifying leads, partnering with Marketing and AEs, leveraging AI and sales tools, documenting outreach playbooks, and driving meetings for Account Executives.

Lead client discovery and product strategy for AI-enabled products, align stakeholders, define value-driven roadmaps, and maintain product ownership through delivery. Coach and build the product/design practice, support presales and account growth, and embed AI-enabled workflows, governance, evaluation, and change management into client engagements and internal practices.

Build and nurture an ambassador community across Twitter (X) and Discord: find and relationship-manage creators, onboard and support ambassadors, maintain an organized pipeline, run and grow Discord engagement, and relay creator feedback to the team.

Own developer-facing content and demos for Composio: build public demos using the API/SDK and LLMs/agents, grow social presence, represent the company at events, and partner with product/engineering to turn developer feedback into product.

Identify and engage enterprise decision-makers through account research and multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities via discovery, manage outbound pipeline in CRM/SEP tools, and collaborate with Account Executives to hand off well-qualified opportunities while iterating on outreach tactics.

Support the CMO across branding, communications, product marketing and events with emphasis on planning/executing 20–25 external sponsorships, receptions, and internal events. Manage event logistics, vendors, creative, budgets and procurement in JIRA; collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and EEX Group; develop creative event experiences; track metrics and support sustainability/ESG reporting.

Lead development and implementation of flexible/stretchable film substrates for printed electronics. Design and run lab and customer trials, commission equipment, provide on-site technical support, develop safe procedures, and serve as global subject matter expert to commercial and technical teams.

Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn), research and qualify leads, schedule meetings for sales executives, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing, meet lead/meeting targets, and participate in ongoing training to improve product and sales skills.

Own Gladly's website end-to-end: build and maintain pages and templates in Sanity, QA releases, optimize Core Web Vitals and SEO, run data-driven A/B tests, implement GA4/GTM tracking, and collaborate across teams to improve conversion and user experience. Support AI-powered web features and use analytics to measure and iterate on performance.
