Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions across Square 9 and AgVantage, verify invoices, apply discounts and use tax, manage payments and vendor reconciliations, support month-end close, handle intercompany transactions, forward fixed asset invoices, maintain AP records, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Lead supplier risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for direct material suppliers. Coordinate with Procurement, SQE, SCM, and Finance; run risk reviews, maintain risk profiles and dashboards, produce executive reports, support supplier audits, and improve multi-tier supply chain transparency and tools.

Build and manage the sales operating system: drive Salesforce adoption and data integrity, develop scorecards/KPIs/dashboards, establish account segmentation and territory processes, track pipeline health and retention, lead sales cadences and forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to improve sales execution and customer experience.

Lead conceptual FEED, studies, and detailed riser design including fatigue, strength, installation and clashing analyses. Provide technical leadership, review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, prepare design reports, cost and schedule inputs, and support procurement. Act as discipline or project lead, coordinate across disciplines, mentor junior staff, participate in reviews, audits and offshore surveys, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Architecture & Design team: organize project documentation, maintain material library, track FF&E and finishes, coordinate vendors, process invoices, update templates and standards, and assist with rollouts. Ensure accessible, up-to-date design files and support cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to design processes and tools with opportunities for growth into more design-focused work.

Own and administer Rose Paving's travel, corporate card, and expense ecosystem. Manage Divvy/Concur configurations, approval hierarchies, and audits; oversee lodging and vendor relationships; develop and enforce T&E policies; design integrations and automated workflows; provide spend reporting and analytics; drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment.

Manage and grow a book of retirement plan clients by delivering timely, proactive service; lead meetings, resolve compliance and plan issues, cultivate vendor and client relationships, identify rollover and wealth management opportunities, and document interactions in Redtail.

Represent AIUS at onsite and virtual corporate engagement events to drive student growth; support account managers and director; track and optimize marketing effectiveness; promote webinars/workshops; build client relationships and provide high customer service; maintain Salesforce records; travel up to 80%; perform other duties as assigned.
