Designs and executes comprehensive automated and manual testing for web, desktop, mobile, and API platforms. Forecasts staffing requirements, requests agency staff, communicates schedule changes, documents assignments, and maintains accurate timecards. Provides guidance on scheduling functions, pay codes, time-off requests, and call-in procedures; follows union staffing guidelines, reports staffing data and trends, supports department meetings, and orients new staff.
