Develops community work sites, creates job-related behavioral goals, communicates client progress, maintains client and team relationships, and completes accurate time, mileage, and billing records.

Designs, implements, modernizes, and operates enterprise-scale economic data systems across ingestion, transformation, storage, quality validation, metadata, semantic modeling, visualization, dissemination, monitoring, and governance. Reviews complex financial statements and tax forms, coordinates with external CPAs and tax authorities, manages deadlines and quality assurance, delivers firmwide tax training, mentors staff, evaluates performance, and implements workflow improvements.

Leads daily Human Resources operations, supervising staff and overseeing employee and labor relations, compliance, policies, HRIS, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, and operational projects. Partners with executive leadership, IT, Payroll, Finance, legal counsel, and college leaders to implement HR priorities, improve workflows, manage sensitive employee matters, administer labor agreements, and support organizational change and employee engagement.

Investigates fraud, identity theft, loan fraud, check fraud, card fraud, and suspicious activity. Reviews accounts and automated reports, processes card fraud claims, mitigates losses, documents investigations, and determines when suspicious activity should be reported. Communicates with members, staff, merchants, financial institutions, law enforcement, and government agencies. Prepares complaints and victim statements, supports legal proceedings, and applies financial regulations and credit union policies.

Own and maintain Humanoid’s Altium component library, including schematic symbols, PCB footprints, 3D models, component data, lifecycle statuses, and traceability. Enforce library standards, verify datasheet and manufacturing accuracy, support where-used analysis, coordinate requests across distributed electrical engineering teams, align ECAD data with Teamcenter PLM and ERP systems, perform bulk library cleanup, and document conventions in Confluence.

Provide front-desk customer service, answer phones, process work orders, assist walk-in and Spanish-speaking customers, handle cash and parts sales, order parts, and support general office operations.

Leads strategic planning and activation of large-scale healthcare initiatives. Translates organizational strategies into workplans, budgets, resources, KPIs, and implementation plans; manages interdependent portfolios, mitigates risks, drives completion under tight deadlines, and applies change-management methodologies. Partners with leaders across the organization and provides training, facilitation, communication, and presentation support. Requires healthcare strategy, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, transition planning, and major capital project activation experience.

Leads marketing operations within Revenue Operations, overseeing HubSpot and Salesforce architecture, campaign setup, integrations, data integrity, lead-flow optimization, reporting, analytics, and dashboards. Partners with demand generation, sales operations, sales, product, and customer success teams to improve revenue processes, implement technical solutions, and scale marketing infrastructure. The role also manages cross-functional priorities and supports continuous process improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.
