Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux infrastructure across large enterprise datacenters and remote locations. Responsibilities include managing RHEL and OEL systems, OpenShift environments, virtualization, storage, SAN, backup, disaster recovery, patching, application and Oracle database migrations, monitoring, root cause analysis, and shell-script automation. The role supports highly available infrastructure and collaborates with application and infrastructure teams on reliability, security, compliance, and ongoing platform initiatives.

Assists with designing, developing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions. Performs calculations, modeling, simulations, and drafting; prepares technical documentation and reports; collaborates with senior engineers on troubleshooting and improvements; participates in meetings, site visits, and inspections; follows safety and regulatory requirements; and supports continuous improvement and workflow optimization.

Lead and scale Alethea’s customer success function, including team development, playbook execution, customer health, renewals, expansion, and executive reporting. Personally manage strategic communications and public affairs accounts, advise C-suite stakeholders, lead high-stakes business reviews, and build buyer enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering while developing early-warning systems and representing customer needs in roadmap decisions.

Processes donations, maintains donor records, prepares acknowledgment letters, supports donor stewardship and database reporting, and assists with newsletters, appeals, publications, correspondence, social media, and digital communications for fundraising and organizational initiatives. The role requires an associate degree in marketing or a related field, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.

Design and support mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction completion. Work independently on smaller projects and collaborate with experienced engineers on complex assignments.
