The Account Executive will drive new business in higher education through outreach, create lead-generation campaigns, deliver product demos, foster customer relationships, manage sales activities, and negotiate deals.

Own and scale full-cycle accounts payable: invoice intake, coding, approvals, payments, reconciliations, vendor management, and AP reporting. Support month-end/year-end close, 1099s, audits, and improve AP processes, controls, and documentation. Partner cross-functionally to build scalable workflows and strengthen financial controls.

Lead and own hardware engineering: define strategy and roadmaps, manage full hardware lifecycle (IoT, CV, POS, KDS), drive R&D and edge compute platforms, manage procurement/OEM/vendor relations, ensure QA, regulatory compliance, hardware security, and cross-functional alignment.

Design and develop learner-centric Ethics & Compliance curricula and materials, lead client discovery, collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, apply AI and proprietary authoring tools, manage multiple projects and vendors, and measure learning impact using analytics.

Lead HR strategy and operations: employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, onboarding, pay equity audits, training, policy compliance, and HR reporting. Partner with executive leadership and board to align HR with organizational goals and maintain confidential personnel records.

Lead planning and real-time execution of AP Reading operations for assigned subjects. Manage Reader deployment (onsite and at-home), staffing, prompt coverage, vendor coordination, site logistics, and issue escalation. Direct 1-2 analysts, monitor scoring performance, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement to meet throughput, quality, and completion targets.

Administer and maintain VA enterprise infrastructure: Windows/Linux servers, VMware hosts, storage and backup systems. Perform patching, backups/restores, provisioning, troubleshooting, SCCM testing, incident response, documentation, and occasional after-hours/on-site support to ensure availability, security, and recoverability for 35,000+ users.

Year-long apprenticeship to train entry-level candidates in AI, data engineering, cloud, and software development through structured learning, hands-on projects, mentorship, and industry certifications. Apprentices work on data engineering, cloud modernization, generative AI/LLM projects, and internal automation while learning responsible AI, data governance, and consulting skills, then transition into full-time STS roles.
