Oversee end-to-end onboarding and implementation for B2B merchants, from sales handoff through go-live and transition to Client Services. Manage applications, documentation, compliance checks, system settings, hardware provisioning, terminal activation, gateway setup, ISV and ERP integrations, and payment-processing activation. Coordinate concurrent implementations, resolve issues, track dependencies, and communicate with merchants and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely launches and strong client relationships.
