Lead onboarding of new nonprofit clients, perform accounting clean-up, manage AR/AP and general ledger, prepare month-end close and financial statements, track restricted funds, support audits and 990 filings, assist with grant reporting, and support cash flow, budgets, and client reporting under controller guidance.

Lead technical direction and scaling of an AI-native automation platform for enterprise healthcare. Own architecture, reliability, security, observability, deployment, incident response, and customer-facing technical relationships. Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention of the OpenSpace platform. Deliver onboarding, training, usage reviews, monitor account health, surface risks and expansion opportunities, support renewals, maintain records in Salesforce/Catalyst, and travel to customer sites (~25%) for relationship building and in-person support.

Provide remote virtual administrative and operational support for 2-5 clients. Manage and execute projects, scheduling, email, lead conversion, research, and data entry. Meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, use web-based apps and AI tools, and communicate effectively across varied client personalities.
