Lead and build GovWorx's HR function from scratch: advise executives on organizational design and workforce planning; create policies, HR programs, compensation and job-leveling frameworks; manage employee relations, performance management, HRIS and compliance (SOC 2, CJIS, HIPAA); build recruiting strategy; coach managers; and manage and develop the HR Generalist.

Sell Sardine's agentic risk platform to enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000, financial institutions, fintechs). Build executive relationships, run discovery, tailor demos, manage complex sales cycles end-to-end, lead negotiations, close deals, and provide market feedback cross-functionally.

Manage post-sales relationships for public sector enterprise accounts, driving onboarding, implementation, renewals, upsell opportunities, and time-to-revenue. Coordinate technical resources, analyze customer data to increase product usage, act as escalation point, and develop strategic account plans with sales pods.
