As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead a team, drive revenue, and manage the hotel's marketing and sales strategies to enhance guest experiences and visibility.

Review, edit, and audit AI-assisted legal opinions and caselaw content for accuracy. Identify legal issues, determine precedential impact, apply history/treatment lettering, verify source material, meet production targets, resolve complex editorial questions, and suggest guideline or workflow improvements.

Provide onsite engineering support to plant production processes. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, lead process improvements, run development trials, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, QA, procurement, and IT to improve safety, quality, ergonomics, and productivity.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, executive staff and physicians. Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings and events; handle correspondence, research, reporting, confidential files, and special projects. Support physician recruiting metrics and logistics, coordinate employee engagement events, serve as departmental representative, maintain databases, and serve as Notary Public as needed.

Manage and grow an assigned territory of colleges and universities by prospecting professors, demonstrating Top Hat products, closing new business, and collaborating with Customer Success and internal teams to maximize revenue and ensure excellent customer experience. Requires frequent on-campus travel.

Sell new and used RVs by delivering demonstrations and walkthroughs, closing deals with F&I and sales management, following up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach, and providing a top-quality customer experience.

Manage a book of personal-lines business including renewals, remarketing, invoicing, endorsements, and claims assistance. Serve as primary client contact, collaborate with underwriters and sales, monitor reports, delegate to account associates, and mentor team members to ensure service, accuracy, and performance standards.

Manage and grow national account business through dealer and subsidiary channels across a region. Develop and implement sales plans, train and support channel partners, build customer relationships, negotiate deals, forecast and analyze sales, and travel regularly to meet revenue targets and quotas.

Support day-to-day follow-up, tracking and documentation of grants, co-investments and programme resources across partners and SNV-led activities. Verify disbursement documentation, monitor budget utilisation, support compliance and audits, track co-investment contributions, strengthen partner capacity, and produce analyses and reports to inform adaptive management and decision-making.

Support JDA/Blue Yonder WMS, configure systems for customer implementations, test new code, and collaborate with teams for operational improvements.
