Embed with frontline teams, scale reusable frameworks across functions, and manage a small team of operators and agent builders to ensure adoption and impact.

Lead global payroll operational excellence and transformation by managing strategic initiatives, governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional programs to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll delivery. Partner with Finance, HR, Technology, and external providers to drive automation, analytics, process redesign, and organizational readiness for system implementations and large-scale change.
