Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Serve as primary employee contact, coordinate with carriers and vendors, handle enrollments, life events, terminations, payroll deductions, leaves of absence and accommodations, maintain benefits records, run orientations and communications, and ensure compliance with federal/state benefits laws.

Maintain billing/subscription accuracy, Salesforce data cleanliness, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Account Executives on upsells, contracts, and offboarding. Serve as voice of the customer, support product adoption, and help optimize accounts through ongoing engagement and project coordination.

Administer, configure, optimize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including instance health, upgrades, patches, modules, workflows, integrations, permissions, dashboards, and performance. Ensure security, compliance, and governance; troubleshoot platform issues; automate processes; document configurations; lead enhancements and integrations; and mentor junior administrators. The role requires advanced ServiceNow scripting and architecture knowledge, project leadership, and collaboration with IT leadership and stakeholders.

Support sales by researching and enriching leads, maintaining Salesforce data quality, qualifying and converting leads to opportunities, preparing reports, and improving sales workflows and lead handoffs. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize pipeline health, campaign performance, and follow-up timeliness to accelerate lead-to-close velocity.

Manage a virtual territory of provider accounts to drive consumable sales, improve treatment utilization, and reactivate underperforming accounts through data-driven plans, virtual training, clinical guidance, and close partnership with field teams. Maintain Salesforce records and support capital and loyalty program initiatives.
