Manage and maintain company publications through the full document lifecycle, implement change requests within workflows, maintain libraries on eMan and EFB, ensure timely distribution, schedule reviews, provide technical support to end users, and recommend process and system improvements while assisting migration to a global document control platform.

Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll, and People teams on integrations, controls, compliance evidence, and scalable processes across countries, entities, EORs, and contractors. Support a greenfield Rippling implementation and establish maintainable SOPs and runbooks.

Oversee sales strategy and team to maximize revenue for Omron Safety Services. Coordinate with sales management, develop sales plans, and maintain strong partner relations.
