The Sr. Corporate Counsel Product will support ServiceNow’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning teams by advising on product matters, negotiating technology transaction agreements, and mitigating legal risks. This role involves significant experience in technology law and collaboration with senior leadership.

The Corporate Counsel will advise on product development, privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory issues, negotiate agreements, and review product documentation, supporting a diverse and innovative legal team.

The Corporate Counsel will manage corporate, securities, and compliance matters at C3.ai. Responsibilities include drafting securities documentation, overseeing SEC matters, supporting finance, accounting, marketing, and investor relations teams, and assisting in establishing regulatory processes and managing international subsidiaries.
