Administer and govern the firm's planning technology ecosystem: vendor management, licensing, platform administration, M&A onboarding and migrations, integrations, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement to ensure platforms are supported, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives.

Investigate card, ACH, and mobile deposit disputes per Reg E, Mastercard and NACHA rules; manage chargeback lifecycle; detect and mitigate fraud through transaction analysis; document audit-ready investigative summaries; and work with AI and other technologies to improve processes within a collaborative operations team.

Provide technical, administrative, and accessibility support for online courses and LMS users. Troubleshoot LMS and integrated tools, perform accessibility and UX audits, build and update course content, create captions/transcripts, deliver trainings, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure course readiness and WCAG 2.2 compliance.

Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, build and troubleshoot Flows, support DealHub CPQ, maintain reports/dashboards, enforce data governance, lead system improvements, manage deployments and sandboxes, develop Apex/Visualforce/LWC, and maintain integrations.

Own day-to-day commercial operations: manage SOWs and contracts, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, issue invoices and track collections, produce recurring performance and forecast/pipeline reports, run OKR reporting cadence, and coordinate partnership pipelines. Identify stalled deals, documentation gaps, and process improvements while partnering with sales, finance, and leadership.

Manage demo gear inventory, shipments, bailment agreements, and RMA coordination; maintain trackers and reports; support projects and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and returns of demo equipment.

Manage onboarding, policy administration, and bordereaux workflows; ensure data integrity and SLA adherence; produce reports using Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel; collaborate cross-functionally to document SOPs and implement process improvements.

Provide remote technical support for TUNet deployments: troubleshoot embedded hardware/software, RF and IP networks, Linux backend, databases and web front-ends; apply patches/upgrades, configure billing exports, maintain tickets and documentation, perform occasional scripting, support field product introductions, participate in after-hours rota, and travel to customer sites as required.

Lead and facilitate daily sport, play, wellness, and recreational activities for pavilion visitors, staff, and school groups. Support program setup/breakdown, equipment care, participant engagement, health and safety monitoring, and guest experience. Assist with tournaments, demonstrations, special activations, athlete and guest support, and coordinate with coordinators, volunteers, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of sport programming.

Provide Tier 1 IT support and Microsoft 365 administration for healthcare staff: onboard hardware, configure Intune/Entra ID, manage device compliance and BitLocker recovery, troubleshoot VPN/VDI, resolve tickets, and recommend process improvements while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
