Receive, triage, and prioritize technical support requests; provide initial troubleshooting and clear guidance for non-technical users; document solutions for the knowledge base; review support quality; and assist in training new support staff.

Lead Strala's claims function end-to-end: build and scale claims teams and systems, partner with sales and customers, and translate claims expertise into AI-driven product and workflow design. Serve as an executive sponsor for clients, participate in hiring and operations, and collaborate closely with engineering to define data, workflow, and automation strategies.

Manage and optimize CX technology platforms and vendor relationships, drive adoption and ROI, partner with operations and marketing to improve digital customer experiences, deliver reporting and field enablement through training, audits, and coaching across dealerships.
