Coordinate sales and marketing activities for the Las Vegas office: distribute advertisements, manage direct mail templates and deadlines, proofread marketing materials, calculate and distribute commissions, control print inventory, maintain media/ad schedules, and support finance and FMOs. Manage end-to-end recruitment as the primary contact for hiring managers: consult on role profiles and sourcing strategy, produce high-quality candidate shortlists, coordinate interview and offer processes, ensure compliance with SLAs and recruitment systems, partner with internal mobility and agency suppliers, and provide regular market intelligence and stakeholder updates.

Manage all phases of outside plant (OSP) fiber and copper construction projects: plan, schedule, coordinate design/permitting, oversee contractors, conduct site inspections, control budgets, and deliver project closeout and status reporting.

Support store operations to maximize sales and collections: provide courteous customer service, present merchandise, follow cash-handling procedures, stock and maintain departments, handle minor customer complaints, assist management assignments, and follow safety protocols.

Audit and prepare loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. Review titles, contracts, HUDs, GFEs, TILs, appraisals, and IDs; perform final compliance checks; address tolerance violations; collaborate with processing, underwriting, and title companies; may require occasional overtime and travel.

Provide front-office support for a self-storage property: deliver customer service and sales support, manage leads and transactions, maintain property appearance, perform administrative tasks, and assist the Property Manager with operations and site walk-throughs.

Perform business and technical systems analysis: gather and document requirements, map processes and data flows, support solution design and testing, liaise with stakeholders, support project planning and risk tracking, mentor BAs, and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals and SDLC standards.
