As a Business Development Representative, you'll generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach, build relationships, and support sales goals while collaborating with various teams.

Lead configuration and delivery of complex compensation planning cycles, manage third-party integrations and SFTP migrations, build custom outputs and templates, troubleshoot data and integration issues, and serve as primary customer contact while owning projects end-to-end and contributing internal process improvements.

Draft, negotiate, and manage SaaS, vendor, construction, and services agreements; drive deals to close; improve contract lifecycle processes and Ironclad workflows; maintain contract records, templates, playbooks, and reporting; partner with business teams and external counsel to manage risk and scale contracting operations.

Document and maintain SOPs, technical manuals, system specifications, and migration plans for PLM implementations. Support data validation, UAT, test case development, issue tracking, compliance with DoD documentation standards, and create training materials. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to enable enterprise PLM integrations and ongoing operations.

Lead end-to-end B2B sales for Nuitee's travel APIs in the managed travel segment: prospect, close, and onboard customers; build customer-specific sales strategies; act as product expert; develop multi-level relationships including C-suite; coordinate internal teams to drive successful implementations.

Provide broad in-house legal counsel across commercial contracting, FinTech/payments, employment, IP, product/privacy, litigation, and corporate governance. Build legal processes, draft templates, manage outside counsel, advise on AI tool governance, and support M&A and global compliance as Slice scales.

Develop and deploy onboard swarm autonomy: perception, planning, control, multi-target tracking, inter-robot/C2 protocols, on-vehicle software integration, realistic UxS simulation, train and test ML-based target recognition, and electronics prototyping. Travel for test events up to 25%.

Serve as the CONUS SME and lead technical authority for LAN/WLAN/WAN operations at military hospitals. Provide enterprise engineering, complex troubleshooting across OSI layers, design and modernization guidance, DoD/DHA compliance, firewall/VPN/IDS/IPS/Zero Trust support, performance optimization, stakeholder interfacing, policy development, and mentor network engineering staff.
