Design, architect, test, and demonstrate Windchill and ThingWorx solutions for DoD customers. Translate business requirements into technical/process solutions, support integrations, perform testing and debugging, develop documentation, provide end-user training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and PTC support to deliver PLM/ThingWorx implementations.

Own and grow a B2B book of business across office, print, packaging and adjacent verticals. Close new deals, manage key accounts, operate outbound tools (Apollo.io), use AI tools to scale personalized outreach, track metrics, and hit revenue targets while collaborating with sales leadership.

Run outbound SMS and email outreach, manage inbound patient conversations, maintain data hygiene and compliance, track performance and conversions, and collaborate with Growth, Ops, Marketing, and Support to optimize lifecycle flows and testing.

Lead enterprise clinical device integration projects (Mindray and others) from discovery through post-go-live stabilization. Manage multi-vendor plans, infrastructure readiness (VLANs, wired/wireless, servers), Epic interfaces, clinical workflow validation, testing, deployment, governance, capital planning, and stakeholder communications across sites.
