Lead US payroll operations across five legal entities, managing a team of three specialists. Own end-to-end payroll processing, final sign-off, off-cycle runs, and year-end compliance. Ensure federal/state tax compliance and SOX controls, manage vendors and stakeholders, drive system upgrades and integrations (Workday), and lead process improvements and payroll reporting for senior leadership.
