Own full-cycle recruiting for US GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, leadership) in AI security. Build sourcing strategies and pipelines, run interviews and debriefs, use AI tools and ATS daily, partner with hiring leaders on hiring criteria, manage pipelines and hiring manager relationships, and deliver a respectful, effective candidate experience.

Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions focused on AI journeys and mindsets for a biopharmaceutical client. Create in-person materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, videos, and other multimodal content using Articulate tools, AI-enabled platforms, and visual design software. Manage development projects, collaborate in a matrixed environment, meet deadlines, ensure accessibility and data governance, and evaluate learning effectiveness through program metrics.

Provide senior-level tax support including compliance, planning, provisions (ASC 740/FIN 48/SFAS 123R), SEC and statutory reporting, SOX 404 compliance, tax return preparation, deferred tax analyses, state apportionment, M&A tax evaluation, and audit/tax agency responses.

Partners with stakeholders and cross-functional analytics and technology teams to improve data integrity, learning systems, reporting processes, and organizational decision-making. The role also supports Qualtrics, Workday, Power BI, Brightspace, and other learning platforms.

Own legal strategy for Fetch’s product and data operations from concept through launch. Advise Product, Engineering, Design, Privacy, Security, and GTM teams on launches, AI, data governance, privacy, disclosures, terms, and regulatory compliance. Identify and mitigate legal risks, create scalable legal frameworks and self-service processes, coordinate with internal and outside counsel, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.

Owns Okta identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle workflows, entitlement governance, contractor access, and automated provisioning. Administers Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian platforms at organizational scale. Designs identity and platform architecture, automates access processes, reduces security risk, maintains audit-ready documentation, and partners with Information Security and IT Operations on governance, remediation, and continuous improvement.

Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for ServiceTrade’s fire protection and mechanical SaaS products. Own positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, executive communications, and launches, particularly AI-powered capabilities. Build the product marketing function, translate customer and market insights into roadmap guidance, and drive product adoption across field service contractors, technicians, service managers, and business leaders.

Lead and manage a team of strategic sellers to meet quotas, grow new license revenue, execute enterprise solution-selling (including POCs and ROI cases), forecast in Salesforce, collaborate with sales engineering and analytics, and drive enterprise deals and renewals with Fortune 500 customers.
