The Talent Acquisition Partner independently manages full-cycle recruiting for WM Partners and portfolio companies, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and candidate experience. The role focuses on digital and digitally enabled talent, supports senior searches, maintains recruiting systems and pipelines, coordinates agencies, and uses AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting workflows. It also contributes to employer branding, recruiting operations, talent-market insights, and process improvements across a fast-moving portfolio.

Own technical relationships with insurance carrier accounts by leading discovery, solution design, integrations, deployment support, defect management, QA, documentation, API and payload validation, SQL-based account monitoring, and incident management. The role partners with client engagement and engineering teams to ensure deployments meet carrier requirements and progressively assumes greater ownership of technical account relationships.

Owns strategic cybersecurity client accounts, including account health, renewals, revenue growth, delivery economics, executive relationships, and escalations. Develops account plans, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates sales and delivery teams, reviews technical deliverables, monitors project performance, and ensures client commitments are met. Lead enterprise non-human identity and IAM architecture engagements, including NHI discovery, lifecycle architecture, governance, integrations, security diagrams, platform evaluations, and SailPoint implementations. Lead design sessions, proofs of concept, architecture reviews, client communications, roadmap development, and knowledge transfer. Apply expertise across workforce, customer, and non-human identities while addressing machine identities, service accounts, API credentials, workloads, bots, and AI agents.

Own the enterprise sales cycle across a regional territory, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Develop account plans, build relationships with security, AI, and IT leaders, partner with marketing, SDRs, and sales engineering, deliver technical demonstrations, provide product feedback, represent the company at industry events, and meet revenue targets.
