Conduct thorough criminal-history research using databases and court systems, apply FCRA and jurisdictional rules, compile compliant consumer reports, document findings, communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors, and improve processes while working remotely in EST hours.

Handle high-volume inbound phone calls remotely for many client businesses, enter accurate call messages, use cloud-based tools across multiple screens, provide friendly professional service, troubleshoot minor computer issues, and work reliably from a quiet home workspace.
