The Process Safety Specialist provides guidance for process safety improvements, conducts assessments, ensures compliance with safety standards, and communicates with clients effectively while managing projects and deadlines.

Investigate card transaction disputes (fraud and non-fraud), determine eligibility under card-network rules, manage intake-to-resolution, collect evidence, communicate with customers and partners, escalate fraud or account-takeover cases, maintain records, and use AI/automation to improve dispute processes and efficiency.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage schedule, travel, communications, email, reports and presentations; coordinate across departments; improve processes; maintain confidentiality; act as CEO brand ambassador.

Perform quality assurance on prospect and lead lists, ensure data accuracy and completeness, provide feedback and guidance to the research team, support customer success by validating leads, manage large spreadsheets and repetitive data tasks, and prioritize multiple tasks while communicating findings clearly.
