Manages a portfolio of automotive dealership clients to retain revenue, increase product utilization, and identify expansion opportunities. Builds client relationships, conducts onsite and virtual engagements, analyzes account performance, resolves risks, and develops action plans for at-risk accounts. Serves as the client advocate internally, maintains product knowledge, communicates with dealership staff, and helps clients improve business processes and achieve objectives. This regional role requires travel of up to 50%.
