The Director of Strategy and Special Projects manages organizational projects, facilitates communication, develops strategic plans, and ensures timely execution of initiatives.

Lead and execute covert red team, adversary emulation, and purple team engagements. Develop custom tradecraft, C2 infrastructure, exploits, and evasion techniques; simulate threat actor TTPs across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Lead the firm's tax function: oversee preparation and review of business and individual tax returns, develop proactive tax strategies, advise clients, establish tax best practices, mentor and manage staff, and help build and scale the tax function.

Drive revenue expansion within Super Dispatchs existing shipper and carrier customers by cross-selling premium products (SuperProtect, SuperAgent). Identify expansion opportunities using usage data and health scores, run targeted demos, close upsell deals, and collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.

Own and evolve the analytics platform: build and maintain dbt data models, govern semantic metrics in Lightdash, ensure data quality and observability, and partner with analysts and stakeholders to enable reliable self-service reporting.

Develop and ship backend and frontend features that improve school-family communication. Collaborate with product and design, champion AI/LLM-driven workflows, build scalable secure services on AWS, evolve monolithic systems, participate in code reviews, and help shape architecture.
