Support recruiting by building proactive talent pipelines, performing market mapping and research, surfacing market intelligence, and supporting high-priority or executive searches. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and external advisors; prepare AR reports, bad debt schedules, sales tax/VAT support, month-end close tasks, and audit responses. Maintain AR systems and recommend process improvements.

Lead global commercial expansion of the LANGUAGECERT Test of English by identifying markets and partners, securing franchise/licensing deals, building pipelines, managing executive and government relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, representing the product at events, and delivering revenue and market growth targets.

Design and build backend services, APIs, SDKs, and user-facing systems enabling secure agent-to-agent financial interactions. Implement cryptographic identity, payment workflows, transaction processing, reputation tools, and scalable infrastructure for AI-native financial products.

Perform outbound prospecting (email, calls, social) to generate qualified healthcare leads, research targets, craft personalized messaging, qualify prospects, maintain CRM records, book meetings, and collaborate with the founder to optimize outreach and meet weekly/monthly performance goals.

Act as strategic advisor and lead end-to-end deployment of Freehand's AI-driven enterprise solutions. Design solution architecture integrating ERP, TMS, spend and payment systems; manage integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live; drive adoption, deliver business value, and provide product feedback. Build customer relationships, define transformation roadmaps, and establish delivery playbooks to scale enterprise implementations.
