Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions including Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components. Perform Salesforce administration, automate processes, integrate third-party apps, troubleshoot and optimize platform performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements supporting business goals.

Lead outbound and ABM programs and manage the SDR team to generate qualified pipeline. Build and execute coordinated campaigns, own the MQL-to-SQL process, improve CRM workflows and lead scoring, partner with Sales and Ops, and measure/optimize funnel and SDR performance.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on requirements. Design, code, debug, integrate software, document and test components, and develop data queries. Provide recommendations to improve processes and support system-level design decisions.

Support and lead corporate PR accounts: develop media materials and strategic communication plans, pitch media, build journalist relationships, monitor media, manage client communication, mentor junior staff, and contribute to new business efforts.

Manage accounts payable and special-project invoices for grants: review and enter invoices in NetSuite, run check and online payment processes, maintain vendor records (W-9, ACH), process 1099s, prepare journal entries, and coordinate with program, grants, and contracts teams to ensure compliant, timely payments and grant-related financial reporting.

Handle residential solar billing inquiries, resolve customer billing concerns, update customer records, apply college-level math, and support fast-paced team operations while learning solar billing processes.

Lead iCasino content and product performance to meet revenue and profit targets. Define content roadmaps, coordinate with product and marketing teams, report and optimize casino content, track competitor offerings, and liaise on promotions and bonusing to improve player experience and commercial outcomes.

Serve as the primary recruiter and HR point person, owning full-cycle recruiting and outbound sourcing, conducting screening/first-round interviews, managing onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, time-off tracking, employee records, HR policy maintenance, and employee relations. Provide hiring managers with candidate evaluation, improve recruiting processes, track recruiting metrics, and ensure an organized, compliant HR experience across the company.
