Partner with clients to design, develop, modernize, and support production full-stack applications using .NET/C#. Lead design, administration and vendor management of US and Canada benefits and wellness programs. Oversee retirement plans, STD/LTD claims, ADP reconciliation, compliance (ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA, COBRA), communications, budgeting, KPI reporting and coach the benefits team.
