As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will lead investigations into trade activity to ensure compliance, assess regulatory requirements, and enhance surveillance methodologies.

Provide administrative support to property management: handle communications, maintain records, prepare reports, manage calendars and meetings, and build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer and route phone calls, greet visitors, manage mail and meeting rooms, log and route requests, maintain electronic file structures, perform light technical editing and document assembly, coordinate multi-step requests between staff, and perform general office tasks to ensure smooth on-site operations.

Perform loan-level credit risk reviews of commercial loans/leases to assess risk ratings, underwriting quality, and policy compliance; support reporting, ad hoc analysis, benchmarking, and team collaboration.

The Sr. Credit Risk Associate manages and evaluates credit risk, develops reporting frameworks, and supports internal financial analysis to ensure compliance and monitoring processes are effective.

Handle civil litigation tasks including drafting pleadings, motions, evaluations and reports; prepare for depositions and trials; conduct legal research and writing; respond to discovery and motions; communicate with clients and team; use Microsoft Office tools for document preparation.

Represent employees in employment discrimination, FMLA/medical leave, wage-and-hour, harassment, and executive compensation matters. Manage cases from intake through trial, including legal research, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court or administrative hearings.

Manage the lifecycle of personal lines policy forms: draft, file, implement, and audit forms for regulatory compliance. Perform UAT, write business requirements, research state insurance rules, analyze claims and loss trends, support product and underwriting, and maintain compliance documentation.

Process Individual Patient Solutions (IPS) Bill Only transactions, resolve billing discrepancies, prepare invoices, support IPS data entry and shipping coordination, train team members, update controlled work instructions, assist testing and process improvement initiatives.

Sell courseware and digital learning solutions to colleges and universities in Business & Economics. Build pipeline, meet sales targets, engage campus stakeholders via in-person and virtual selling, use CRM and analytics to drive strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans and improve learner outcomes.

Provide administrative support to the school office including scheduling, transcribing, recordkeeping, coordinating substitutes, processing purchase orders, operating office equipment, managing correspondence, and supporting the principal to ensure efficient school operations.
