Provide first-line and advanced support for Clubessential products (accounting, payments, membership, reporting, hardware integrations). Troubleshoot payment and device issues, document interactions in CRM, escalate when needed, monitor client health, promote product adoption, and collaborate with product and internal teams to resolve multi-system issues and improve retention.

Lead design and delivery of internal tools, workflows, and automation (including LLMs/AI) to improve operations across acquisition, renovation, property management, and payments. Embed in business units to translate operational needs into scalable systems, prioritize roadmap by business impact, ship under tight timelines, and measure outcomes.

Founding US leader to launch and run integrated campaigns in the Bay Area, hire and lead a small US team, own US campaign budgets and media strategy (OOH, transit, digital, podcast), adapt creative for US audiences, build local partnerships and earned media, measure impact with MEL, and represent Slingshot to funders and press.

Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise HR customers: manage API integrations, data ingestion (HRIS), SQL validation, log and error diagnosis, and drive full lifecycle account outcomes including renewals, expansions, adoption, and product feedback to inform roadmap prioritization.

Lead and scale provider recruiting by developing strategy, optimizing recruiting operations and systems (ATS, sourcing), managing vendor relationships, building reporting and workforce analytics, partnering with clinical and operational leaders, and driving continuous improvement to reduce time-to-fill and improve hire quality.

Provide executive-level communications consulting including C-suite/executive communications, employee/internal communications, thought leadership and speechwriting; develop strategic content, storytelling, message positioning, presentation design, and deliver speaker training and coaching.

Lead a lean Innovation Office to design, build, and ship AI/LLM-powered MVPs that solve real insurance distribution problems. Hands-on role: write and deploy prototypes, integrate data science outputs, run discovery with agents, measure business impact, and hand off validated winners. Manage two data scientists and direct contract engineers while partnering with business leadership to prioritize and evaluate opportunities.

Own a portfolio of health system and multi-location practice partners as their senior advisor. Develop tailored success plans, drive executive business reviews, quantify ROI, resolve escalations, optimize billing and payer strategy, identify expansions, mentor junior CSMs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and processes.

Manage day-to-day partner relationships and program operations for outreach and partnerships. Own logistics for briefings and trainings, maintain ecosystem research and trackers, support business development pipeline, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure senior leaders are prepared and partner programs run smoothly.
