Lead daily financial processing and matriculation operations for college savings programs. Supervise and develop a team, ensure timely transaction processing and compliance, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, support audits, and partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.

Support VyStar's enterprise data governance program by maintaining metadata, data catalog, business glossary, and data asset inventory; assist with data classification, Microsoft Purview onboarding, data quality monitoring, documentation, training coordination, council support, metrics collection, and stakeholder coordination.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve banking fraud and identity-theft incidents. Maintain case files, manage chargebacks and ChexSystems reporting, coordinate with law enforcement, support loss-prevention training, monitor alerts, and assist security operations and surveillance requests.
