Lead the design and delivery of client and internal training on cybersecurity, AI adoption, and usability. Develop scalable curricula, create original training content, run workshops, mentor staff, collaborate with operations and marketing, and track training outcomes to improve security habits and AI literacy across clients and the team.

Build and maintain dbt data models, design BI dashboards and reports (Count and other tools), and deliver merchant/issuer analytics. Partner with GTM and product teams to translate data into actionable insights, improve data quality, and lead technical investigations to scale analytics infrastructure.

Lead strategic vision and delivery across multiple client engagements, integrating brand, UX, content, and product thinking. Guide and develop strategist teams, contribute to pitches, partner with creative and account leadership, define repeatable frameworks, and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders while ensuring team health and sustainable delivery.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise AI systems (generative AI, agents, data platforms) across cloud-native environments. Define reference architectures, mentor teams, advise executives, ensure MLOps/LLMOps, security, scalability, and drive AI practice innovation and reuse across engagements.
