Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Navy Federal mainframe systems. Troubleshoot and configure mainframe hardware/software, work with obsolete tools and languages, deliver large-scale projects, mentor junior engineers, and align mainframe architecture with business goals.

Provide reinsurance support for new and renewal business including underwriting, claims audit/record keeping, billing/payment calculations, policy changes, and customer service. Coordinate communications with reinsurers and internal teams, run and maintain reports and logs, process endorsements and refunds, and ensure documentation accuracy and timely responses.

Designs, implements, secures, and maintains enterprise Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft Entra ID environments. Manages domain controllers, GPOs, replication, authentication, and synchronization; leads upgrades, migrations, consolidations, automation, disaster recovery, and complex troubleshooting. Partners with security, cloud, network, and application teams, produces technical documentation, and enforces identity security and operational best practices.

Provides high-level executive administrative support including scheduling, travel and expense processing, correspondence drafting, mail handling, filing, phone triage, internal/external communications, and special projects for senior management.

Provide HR administrative support including compliance, benefits administration, recordkeeping, HRIS and access management, recruiting assistance, account/user creation, and regular audits to ensure data and access compliance.

Support hub operations by picking, packing, stocking, processing returns, assisting customers with auto parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following safety and compliance procedures.

Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned OEM customers: develop account strategies, drive revenue growth, support product introductions and qualification, manage contracts and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
