Administer and optimize Salesforce environments supporting GTM and RevOps teams. Responsibilities include configuring objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings; maintaining automations and data flows; managing imports, exports, and cleanup; troubleshooting issues; auditing data; gathering stakeholder requirements; and providing support, documentation, and training.

Provides day-to-day People Operations support across performance management, onboarding, offboarding, engagement, recognition, promotions, and employee programs. Serves as the HR contact for the Internal Operations practice, handling inquiries, maintaining Workday records, coordinating communications and deadlines, tracking work authorization updates, and supporting firmwide HR projects. The role also encourages responsible use of AI and automation to improve HR processes.
