Participate in a remote, moderated usability study for a new user research platform. Navigate early prototypes, think aloud while completing workflows, and provide candid feedback on the interface, usability, workflows, and usefulness for product decision-making.

Serves as chief of staff and advisor to the CMO, presents to executives and the board, and builds and mentors a multi-layered insights and analytics team.

Own end-to-end global logistics for hardware products: coordinate domestic and international shipments, negotiate with freight forwarders, manage vendor relationships, ensure trade compliance (HTS/ECCN), create shipping documents/labels, track shipments, and develop logistics KPIs and reports while building long-term logistics strategy in a fast-paced startup.

Develops partnership-led product expansion strategy, evaluates build-versus-partner opportunities, conducts market and partner analysis, presents recommendations to leadership, represents OnePay externally, and leads partner selection and commercial contract negotiations through execution.
