Lead and grow a portfolio of PEO clients as a strategic account executive. Build and own adaptive phishing simulations and real-time behavioral ingestion systems using LLMs. Design interfaces for security teams, ship full‑stack, scalable code, work with early customers, and make foundational architectural decisions.

Lead end-to-end IT project delivery as single point of accountability: plan, execute, monitor, and close projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources; communicate risks and status to stakeholders; apply SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methods; mentor project managers and lead team performance, hiring, and process improvements.
