Architect, deploy, administer, secure, and troubleshoot Azure cloud infrastructure in DoD IL5 and IL6 environments. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to DCSA, DoD, security, and records-management policies.

Provide Tier 2/3 systems administration and technical support for Unix/Windows workstations and servers. Manage network, storage, backups, databases, software upgrades, security compliance (STIG) using tools like Retina and HBSS. Coordinate maintenance, travel to sites, on-call support, and maintain SOPs to ensure system availability and disaster recovery.

The role includes designing cloud and server solutions, staying current with emerging technologies, and performing occasional onsite client visits throughout the NYC metro area.

Own a portfolio of client relationships as a trusted technical advisor. Align IT strategy with business goals, support renewals and retention, identify expansion opportunities, advise on infrastructure, SaaS, security, and automation, and coordinate escalated service delivery. Lead onboarding and training, conduct business reviews, maintain client documentation, and use feedback to improve services.

Own and exceed sales targets across renewals, expansions, and new business for managed security solutions. Prospect, present, close, manage pipelines and forecasts, build client relationships, attend industry events, and collaborate with marketing, legal, technical, and channel teams. The role also involves improving AI-enabled sales tools and traveling domestically and internationally, including to the Netherlands, with potential progression into North American sales leadership.

Owns enterprise revenue within a designated territory by prospecting, developing pipeline, closing complex security solution deals, managing executive relationships, and expanding existing accounts. Partners with sales engineers on demonstrations and proof-of-concept programs, manages channel partners, forecasts revenue, develops territory plans, and drives customer retention and renewals. Requires frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel.

Paid 10-week Summer 2027 internship supporting Coalfire’s Compliance Advisory team. Interns will participate in security control testing interviews, gather client artifacts, analyze evidence against compliance standards, document findings, learn cybersecurity governance risk and compliance practices, and help develop recommendations for improving controls. Focus areas include FedRAMP, HIPAA/HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO, and public-sector compliance.
