Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and book demos. Manage CRM data, collaborate with sales and marketing, and participate in ongoing sales training to drive pipeline growth.

Execute customer onboarding from paid sign-up through activation, early milestones, and renewal. Run kickoff calls, follow and improve playbooks, manage a small portfolio of accounts, spot and remediate churn signals, and ensure proactive communication between Sales and delivery.

Hire and develop teams, translate field lessons into practice, and ensure production-grade AI/ML systems that scale and deliver business outcomes.
