Serves as the primary HR partner for Southern California operations, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, labor relations, talent processes, and organizational change. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports union-represented employees, maintains HR data and reporting, delivers training, and assists with startups, transitions, restructures, and acquisitions. This field-based role requires regular onsite presence and regional travel.

Provides ERP consulting for Army financial systems, analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, recommending optimized workflows, and supporting modernization initiatives. Serves as a client liaison, facilitates workshops and training, translates business needs into project deliverables, and manages timelines. Requires Army financial management expertise, GFEBS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.

Analyzes federal financial data, business processes, workflows, and requirements to improve planning, reporting, and operational outcomes. Partners with government stakeholders to facilitate workshops, recommend process and technology solutions, document SDLC deliverables, develop test plans, execute testing, and support implementation of financial planning and business intelligence applications. Own net-new and expansion enterprise sales cycles with frontier AI labs across the West. Build relationships with AI research, product, and executive stakeholders; manage complex, multi-threaded technical sales processes; develop proposals, pilots, and success plans with cross-functional teams; forecast pipeline and communicate deal health; and relay customer feedback to product and marketing. The role requires extensive experience selling strategic B2B technology solutions, including seven- and eight-figure deals.

Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for U.S. Army loitering munition systems, including requirements, architecture, verification, validation, hardware-software integration, certification, and technical risk management. Lead the Systems Engineering IPT, mentor engineers, manage technical baselines, oversee design reviews and test readiness, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with government stakeholders, engineering teams, test organizations, and field personnel.

Coordinates high-volume interview scheduling across time zones using applicant tracking and automated scheduling systems. Owns strategic alignment, client expectations, account health, scope, budgets, and organic growth opportunities while partnering with project management and specialist teams. Guides media and campaign discussions, translates business objectives into executable programs, surfaces delivery risks, and connects performance insights to client outcomes and account expansion.

Lead indirect procurement strategy across North American facilities and corporate functions. Responsibilities include supplier selection, consolidation, negotiations, contract and service-level management, category strategy, spend analysis, supplier risk assessment, cost modeling, market analysis, and supplier relationship management. The role drives cost savings, process improvements, compliance, and value optimization while balancing quality, service, continuity, and total cost of ownership through cross-functional collaboration.

Supports funeral and memorial services by greeting and directing families and guests, escorting visitors, answering questions, distributing materials, arranging flowers and refreshments, and preparing public spaces. Represents the funeral home with professionalism, empathy, tact, and integrity. Requires physical activity, lifting up to 100 pounds, exposure to outdoor conditions and potential bloodborne pathogens, safe work practices, and the ability to drive a company vehicle with an insurable driving record.
