Track and analyze usage metrics, identify risks and expansion signals, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain documentation and success plans, and support Account Executives with data-driven handoffs and renewal readiness.

Define and run Tern's agency success function for enterprise travel agencies: segment accounts, build engagement models and playbooks, own post-sale activation and integration adoption, run business reviews tied to growth, surface product feedback to R&D, and build scalable, AI-enabled touchpoints to drive measurable agency growth.

Manage end-to-end onboarding of new 401(k) plans: draft plan documents, coordinate payroll integrations, monitor go-live contributions, maintain case records in Salesforce, communicate with sponsors/advisors, ensure compliance with ERISA/IRS/DOL, and escalate complex issues.

Serve as first-line support for Relocity's web and mobile platform: manage Intercom tickets, troubleshoot and reproduce issues, escalate to Product/Engineering, maintain documentation, identify trends, and support product adoption while contributing to knowledge base and process improvements.

The role involves acting as a Single Point of Contact for mortgage loan borrowers in loss mitigation, handling calls, documenting contacts, and explaining options regarding their loans.
