Provides advanced technical support to clients and merchants using Fiserv’s online tools, websites, payment systems, and digital products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting account access, transactions, integrations, hardware, software, and connectivity issues; documenting cases; explaining technical solutions; collaborating with internal teams; and optimizing technology utilization. The role requires customer communication in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.

Leads technical architecture for Manhattan Active WM implementations, including enterprise integrations, APIs, data migration, extensions, testing, performance, deployment, go-live, and production stabilization. Defines solution and integration architecture, governs technical designs, coordinates client and vendor teams, resolves complex cross-system issues, supports cutover and hypercare, and mentors technical resources.

Maintains editorial databases, tracks specialty progress and annual goals, prepares monthly reports, and leads status meetings with physician deputy editors. Strong organization, communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential; medical experience is not required.

Owns end-to-end RFx processes, sourcing strategy, contract negotiations, supplier performance, compliance, stakeholder advisory, and client reporting. Requires advanced Excel and Power Query skills, strong leadership, IFM procurement experience, and approximately 30% U.S. travel.
