Manage day-to-day finance operations including AR/AP, payroll, month-end close, GAAP financial statements, tax filings, FP&A forecasting and cash management. Own master schedule and budget, act as primary DARPA contact, remove technical and operational blockers, align cross-functional teams, manage resources and vendors, drive process and validation improvements, and perform continuous risk analysis to prevent delays. Role requires regular travel to Toronto.
